Red Light Go releases “The Hands of Time”

A black background with a square album cover in the middle framed in a thin white line. The image is a bit low fidelity but appears to be of a car fire on the street at something of a distance, with more cars in the foreground, all shot with the camera tilted at an angle to the left. Flames glow and smoke rises. White text on the black background advertises that new music is available on Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, from the band Red Light Go.

Last week, Red Light Go followed up “Reflected” with a second single, “The Hands of Time,” living in a sound space framed by Pearl Jam, fun., and Counting Crows. The track is available on Spotify, Tidal, iTunes, Bandcamp, and everywhere online. RLG is on the Badself Records label.

new Red Light Go

A highly desaturated, square image. We are near the elbow of a guitarist, looking down almost over his shoulder. On the floor we see a guitar pedal board, the base of a mic stand, and cables.

February will bring the release of another Red Light Go track.

heart

Music can be for films, games, TV series, theatrical performances, interactive art installations. It can be for minds, feet, hearts. The greatest of all these: hearts. No matter why else music is being made, the music that makes us feel always seems to be the music that stays with us.
